For the second year in a row, we are delighted to have been awarded the #HappyIndex®AtWork 2023 label. This certification is obtained thanks to the participation of our employees who, through anonymous and voluntary surveys, give us an insight into the reality of their work.
The six themes that make up the index are potential areas of improvement for NovAliX: Professional Development, Management, Pride, Work Environment, Pay and Recognition, and Enjoyment.
Moreover, this year, the improvement in the Engagement Index is particularly notable, with a score of 3.95 out of 5. In addition, the proportion of employees who would recommend NovAliX to others also increased from 60% to 64%.
