About this webinar with Revvity (in French only)
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are a clinically validated therapeutic class with considerable potential, as evidenced by the growing number of projects in development and the increasing attention they are receiving. However, their inherent complexity poses significant challenges as early as the research phase. To overcome these challenges, it is essential to have the right tools and a team of experts.
Revvity will present a revolutionary method based on time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) that radically transforms the approach to characterizing ADC internalization. Our expert will present the features and benefits of this approach in a 96-well plate format, which is wash-free and compatible with all human IgG subtypes, as well as validated results on reference antibodies (Trastuzumab, Pertuzumab).
Novalix will present its suite of tools and methods designed for ADC characterization. Combining scientific expertise with proven technologies, including Revvity’s tools, we will demonstrate how these complementary approaches accelerate and optimize the critical early stages of development, from antibody selection through to the comprehensive conjugate characterization.
The webinar took place at:
2.00 p.m. CEST (Paris, Madrid, Frankfurt etc.)
Learning objectives
· Understand the key challenges associated with ADC complexity in early research and why specialized tools and expertise are critical for success
· Learn how a novel time-resolved fluorescence (TRF)–based, wash-free assay enables efficient and quantitative characterization of ADC internalization in a 96-well format
· Discover how integrated toolsets and complementary technologies, including Revvity’s solutions, support informed antibody selection and comprehensive ADC characterization
· Appreciate how combining scientific expertise with advanced analytical methods can accelerate and optimize early-stage ADC development.

Julia Frappier
Project Manager in vitro Pharmacology and Compound Management
Julia has over 20 years of experience in in vitro pharmacology.
She spent 17 years at Sanofi, where she held several key positions, including that of manager of a high-throughput screening platform. During this time, she developed strong expertise in miniaturization, robotics, and large-scale data analysis, thereby contributing significantly to process optimization and research efficiency.
In 2022, she joined Novalix, where she gradually transitioned into project management roles. Now a project manager, she leverages her scientific and operational experience to oversee the development of biochemical and cellular assays, ensuring they fully meet client needs and scientific requirements.
She also oversees compound management activities, ensuring the efficient organization and reliability of compound handling processes to support internal programs and client projects.
With a bachelor’s degree, Julia has built her career through steady internal advancement, progressing from scientist to project manager, a trajectory that reflects her commitment, recognized expertise, and adaptability.
