Mar 06, 2026

At Novalix, we are committed to fostering the next generation of women and girls by actively promoting their role in scientific innovation and inspiring young students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

As part of this commitment, 4 Novalix scientists will serve as ambassadors at the event “Science, a Women’s Profession” organized jointly by the Femmes & Sciences Association’, INSA Strasbourg, and IESF (Engineers and Scientists in France) on March 6, 2026, in Strasbourg.
This third edition will bring together young girls from various schools in and around Strasbourg, emphasizing the vital contributions of women and girls in STEM fields.

Our Novalix ambassadors will share their journeys, inspiring students by detailing their educational paths and careers in science:

Céline Ronin, Head of Structural Biology
– Yaëlle Fischer, Senior Research Associate in Cheminformatics
– Mathilde Corbin, Project Manager Synthetic Chemistry
– Nathalie Van Hijfte, Project Manager in DNA-encoded libraries

Having participated in the first two editions in 2024 and 2025, Novalix remains proud to support and inspire young students science amongst students. A heartfelt thank you to Céline, Yaëlle, Mathilde, and Nathalie, as well as to all our Novalix ambassadors across our global sites for their daily involvement towards students.
