High-Resolution Cryo-EM Structures and Deep Learning: Powerful Tools for Drug Discovery
Do not miss the poster sessions and discover our scientific poster #PO-01
Fabrice Ciesielski, Director Structural Biology, will share some recent work from our Structural Biology and Biophysics departments demonstrating the powerful tools used within Novalix for high-resolution Cryo-EM structures.
Abstract: The Novalix Cryo-EM platform offers cutting-edge structural biology services, delivering rapid and high-resolution biomolecular structures to our customers. This poster showcases our enhanced capabilities following the integration of the Falcon 4 camera and the implementation of deep learning powered tools in our workflow.
Our optimized Cryo-EM service features state-of-the-art hardware, with the Falcon 4 camera enabling high-resolution data collection. Recent results demonstrate our platform’s capabilities, achieving high resolution’s structure.
To accelerate the structure solution process and improve model building, we leverage advanced deep learning tools such as Model Angelo and OpenFold. This integration of cutting-edge hardware and AI assistance results in a streamlined workflow that provides fast structure determination for a variety of biomolecular targets. Our platform efficiently handles diverse macromolecules, from membrane proteins to large complexes, addressing a wide range of structural biology needs.
This versatility, combined with our rapid turnaround times and the use of new tools such as deep learning, makes our service ideal for accelerating drug discovery timelines and advancing structural biology research.
