Abstract: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a very versatile tool in structural biology, offering new
capabilities in protein structure resolution. The advent of (ultra)-high field instruments and AI-based software solutions has significantly improved its efficiency, making it a key technique for identifying binding molecules and characterizing interactions. This reinvigorates its role in early drug discovery programs. This poster provides insights into the capabilities of the AI-based NMRtist platform, showcasing an optimized NMR data acquisition strategy. Additionally, we discuss how the results obtained can be leveraged for further analysis, including ligand interaction studies.
