Novalix is pleased to announce its participation as a Bronze Sponsor at the 5th International Conference on Hydrogen Deuterium Exchange Mass Spectrometry (HDX-MS).
Organized by the International Society of HDX-MS, this event will include lectures and short talks on many topics, from fundamentals to standardisation: Instrumentation and workflow, biological applications (membrane proteins…), biopharmaceutical applications, integrative structural biology, data analysis…
Oral communication: Deciphering molecular determinants of GPBAR1-Gs protein interactions by HDX-MS and cryo-EM
We are proud to announce that Dr François Debaene, Head of Mass Spectrometry, Biophysics, will deliver an oral communication on March 12 at 11 a.m., in addition to his presentation of Novalix on March 9 at 5:35 p.m.
Abstract:
[…] Through the Novalens biophysics platform, Novalix integrates a comprehensive set of expertise with the right technologies to serve as a world‑class research partner. As a pioneer in structural mass spectrometry, we have delivered native MS services for more than 20 years, studying hundreds of protein systems ranging from protein–ligand interactions to oligomeric and multi‑protein complexes.
Building on this expertise, covalent and non‑covalent (ASMS) screening capabilities have been recently implemented, alongside HDX‑MS for binding‑site mapping and protein dynamics monitoring. These approaches are fully orthogonal to our internal cryo‑EM facilities. Over the past five years, more than 30 HDX‑MS projects have been successfully completed for over 30 customers, including 12 membrane proteins.
Poster presentations
Moreover, Novalix will contribute to the scientific program with two poster presentations:
- HDX-MS as a screening approach for the development of drugs targeting the mismatch-repair system
presented by Dr Rémi Longuespée, Project Manager Mass Spectrometry, Biophysics
Poster #47
- Epitope/paratope mapping of therapeutic antibodies using HDX-MS
presented by Elise Del Nero, Research Associate Mass Spectrometry, Biophysics
Poster #30
Don’t miss them during the poster sessions!
If you are also attending, set a meeting and catch up. We look forward to meeting you there!
