Following the success of its first two editions in Lyon (2019) and at CNAM Paris (2023), the Sustainable Chemistry Day organized by The Sustainable Chemistry Division (DivCD) returns for its third edition. The event brings together researchers and professionals from academia and industry, all dedicated to advancing more environmentally responsible chemistry.
This year’s program will highlight cutting-edge work in three major areas: recycling and reuse of co-products and waste within a circular economy framework; environmental protection of water, air, and soil; and the use of renewable raw materials through eco-efficient, innovative processes.
With the ambition to establish a long-term platform for knowledge exchange, the forum continues to foster collaboration and showcase new developments shaping the future of sustainable chemistry.
Flow Chemistry as a tool for drug discovery & early process development
We are proud to share that Sylvain Guizzetti, PhD, Director Process and Flow Chemistry, will be a speaker at this event. He will deliver a plenary lecture on the crucial role of flow chemistry for drug discovery at 4.50 p.m.
Topics include:
• Flow chemistry for sustainable API production
• Integration of flow technologies in drug discovery
• Development of a Flow- & AI-powered mobile API production unit
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how innovation in chemistry meets sustainability in drug development!
