Strasbourg, France, December 17, 2025 – We are thrilled to announce the strengthening of our France-and Benelux-focused team with the appointment of Isabelle Parent, Business Development Manager, joining Anne de Villeroché, PhD, Director of Business Development.
This enhanced structure brings us closer to our partners and enable more responsive and collaborative engagement in early-stage drug discovery. With direct access to our highly experienced scientists across medicinal and organic chemistry, biophysics, in vitro/in vivo pharmacology, and DMPK, we are well-positioned to deliver cutting-edge expertise where it matters most.
Aligned with our global growth strategy, these roles will further deepen relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical innovators. Isabelle and Anne bring outstanding experience and a strong track record in business development and scientific leadership, ensuring impactful and long-term partnerships across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and French-speaking Switzerland.

Isabelle Parent
Isabelle is a Business Development Manager with over 18 years of experience in drug discovery, bringing deep scientific expertise and a strong understanding of translational research to Novalix’s commercial strategy.
She joined Novalix in 2023 as a Project Manager in in vitro pharmacology, where she played a key role in supporting client programs and advancing internal scientific projects. In October 2025, Isabelle transitioned into the Business Development team, where she now actively contributes to the strategic growth of Novalix’s activities across France and the Benelux region.
Previously, Isabelle spent 15 years at Galapagos in senior scientific roles focused on inflammation, leading biomarker development programs to predict drug efficacy from preclinical to clinical stages.
Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the École Supérieure de Biotechnologie de Strasbourg and completed an internship in Dr Ziegler’s immunology laboratory in Seattle, further strengthening her international scientific background.
Anne de Villeroché, PhD
With a PhD in Organic Chemistry and over 17 years driving growth in the life sciences sector, Anne has built a track record of transforming scientific expertise into strategic business sucess.
After earning her doctorate at the University of Strasbourg in collaboration with Merck Darmstadt in 2006 and completing a postdoctoral fellowship in 2007 at Paris-Saclay University, she transitioned into strategic commercial roles.
From driving growth in pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets at Isochem to leading European sales and marketing for advanced specialties at Seqens, Anne de Villeroché has consistently delivered results. Since joining Novalix in 2019, she has advanced from Business Development Manager to Director, overseeing key accounts across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Passionate about creating value through innovation, Anne continues to strengthen partnerships that accelerate drug discovery and development.
