With direct access to our pharma-seasoned scientists in DNA-Encoded Libraries, fragment-based screening, medicinal and synthetic chemistry, biophysics, structural biology, and in vitro/in vivo pharmacology, we are ready to deliver world-class expertise where it matters most.

Timothy Keefe
Tim Keefe brings over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within pharma, biotech, and CRO sectors. He has held senior roles at Ncardia, Reaction Biology, and BioIVT, leading global market expansion and developing scalable go-to-market strategies for complex scientific solutions.
Tim thrives on building trusted partnerships, identifying new relationships, and supporting innovators across the drug discovery landscape.
Katie Bourcy
Katie Bourcy is a seasoned PhD scientist and accomplished business development leader with nearly two decades of experience in biomedical research and strategic partnerships. Her career spans molecular biology, oncology, heart failure, breast cancer metastasis, circulating tumor cells, and pharmacogenetics, reflecting her drive and commitment to improving the human condition.
She has built a Molecular Diagnostics department from scratch, launched a successful consulting business, and won awards for excellence and dedication to her role. She thrives on solving complex puzzles. Relentless curiosity and a willingness to take smart risks have been the hallmarks of her approach to business development.
