After the start of the academic year, the first career and orientation forums attract large numbers of students searching for new opportunities. NovAliX enjoyed rich and engaging exchanges with enthusiastic students at multiple events on October 19, 2023.
Forum Alsace Tech in Strasbourg
NovAliX team took part in the Forum Alsace Tech organized in Strasbourg (France) last week.
Camille Ritzenthaler and Juliette Fischer from our Human Resource department, Dr Nathalie Trouche, Associate Director Chemistry and Dr Mathilde Corbin, Project Manager in Chemistry, joined their skills to exchange with students looking for more details on future jobs.
Organized in partnership with the network of 14 top schoolds in Alsace and the University of Strasbourg, Forum Alsace Tech has become the largest student/graduate/business forum in the French Grand Est region, with 3,000 visitors each year.
More than 160 companies from a wide range of sectors such as chemicals, energy, environment, construction, services etc. took part in this yearly event. An ideal opportunity to establish privileged contacts with future trainees and employees.

Job’Chem Forum in Rennes
Organized by the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes (ENSCR), the Job’Chem Forum “Métiers-Entreprises” was a key opportunity for future engineers to develop their career plans and discover the variety of chemical professions. The forum enabled them to enter in contact directly with around 30 professionals and companies like NovAliX. Alumni ENSCR students could also share their experience with future graduates.
Sophie Cargolès, Human Resource Manager, together with Dr Chloé Maucort, Project Manager, both based on our Val-de-Reuil site, met a large panel of young engineers with varied profiles from grades 1 to 5.
NovAliX supports your future success
On both forums, our dedicated team supported students:
- advising them in their career orientation
- presenting the NovAliX company and its fields of activity
- informing them about job possibilities and positions sought
We hope to meet these talents for our future internships, work-study programs or first jobs!
