NovAliX met students at a forum around the Chemistry professions organized by the University of Paris-Saclay in Orsay (France) on September 19, 2023.
Sophie Cargolès, Bénédicte Salmon, Human Resources Managers, and Franck Brebion, Chemistry group leader, talked to students in the Master 1 Chemistry program.
An ideal forum to answer all the questions of this year’s class, including
– about the #NovAliX group and its expertise in the world of medicinal research
– the scientific professions represented at our various sites in France, Belgium, Tunisia, Japan…
– about the positions sought
A survey carried out by the Observatoire de l’Université Paris-Saclay among graduates of the Master in Chemistry program (class of 2020-2021) revealed that 67% of students, half of whom are enrolled in a thesis, find a job within 6 months of completing their training. Of these, over 60% are working in the private sector.
Hence the students’ keen interest in companies like NovAliX!
Very curious, the students were interested in the company’s projects, the strong values that make up NovAliX’s DNA. They also discovered its many assets such as internal and geographical mobility, or the rich prospects for career development.
We hope to see them again soon for our future internships, work-study programs or first jobs!
